PC Driver Guide reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to the Service at its sole discretion, at any time and without prior notice, for conduct that it reasonably believes violates these Terms or applicable law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including Intellectual Property, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Governing Law, and Dispute Resolution — will remain in effect after any termination.

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary, or severed, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
